Regional Sales Manager – DACH

Model9, an innovative company backed by Intel Capital, is looking for a sales rock star who can perform at an exceptional level in reaching, nurturing, and closing deals with Enterprise customers.

As a Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving revenue across multiple Enterprise customers. A combination of Hunting and Farming to drive long term recurring revenue streams. 


  • Develop and manage sales pipeline to move a large number of strategic transactions through the sales process
  • Generate revenue and work closely with channel partners to successfully sell Model9’s products
  • Prospecting and penetrating new accounts, nurturing a champion, reaching decision makers and winning deals
  • Define and execute sales plans for the assigned territory to meet and exceed quota through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunities
  • Building and presenting business cases and establishing value including creating and presenting proposals to customers with information that demonstrates the ability of the company’s products to meet the customers’ business objectives
  • Drive account strategies and coordinate team selling efforts with partners to close business on a quarterly and annual basis.


  • Minimum of 5 years with Enterprise sales experience
  • Consistent track record of exceeding quota and driving referenceable business with Enterprise customers
  • Demonstrable experience of software solution-selling within major vendor, distributor or system integrator.
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles and demonstrated ownership of all aspects of territory management.
  • Experience in selling with channel and technology partners
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ideally experience working in both large and start up environments
  • The ability to speak with customers and partners at both a business and technical level
  • Self-motivated and a self-starter, comfortable working remotely and autonomously
  • Ability to travel with the needs of the role
  • Presentation skills of technical and business material both in-person and over video conference
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
